Description
A purpose-built vocal booth isolated at the wall, a Neumann U 87 through a Neve 1073, Apollo x16 conversion and ATC monitoring, with the engineer comping as you go. - Mixing is priced per song by how many track stems that song has, so a 20-stem song and a 90-stem song are not charged the same.
- Mastering is priced by track count.
Cancellations and refunds
- 24 hours or more notice: cancel for any reason and your 50% deposit is refunded in full, back to the card you paid with.
- Less than 24 hours notice: the deposit is not refunded. That time can no longer be sold to anyone else.
- Rescheduling: free with 24 hours or more notice, as often as you need. Inside 24 hours a move is treated as a cancellation.
- Not arriving: a no-show is treated as a cancellation inside the window. The deposit is kept and the balance is not charged.
- How to cancel or move: call the studio on 647-389-6649. Bookings are handled by phone, so there is no cancellation link in your confirmation or your account.
- Mixing and mastering are paid in full at checkout. Once we have begun work on your files they are not refundable.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in full, we absorb the processing fee.

Questions people ask
How does the deposit work?
Half of the session is paid online to hold the room. The balance is paid at the studio after your session, by card, debit or cash. If you run over, overtime is billed in 30-minute blocks at the same hourly rate and settled with the balance.
Can I get the deposit back if I cancel?
Yes, in full, with 24 hours or more notice, back to the card you paid with; the studio absorbs the processing fee. Inside 24 hours the deposit is not refunded, and not arriving counts as a cancellation inside the window.
Is rescheduling free?
With 24 hours or more notice, yes, as often as you need. Inside 24 hours a move is treated as a cancellation. To cancel or move a session, call the studio on 647-389-6649; there is no cancel button, so you always reach a person.
Can I book the room today?
Yes. The calendar takes bookings from one hour ahead and only shows times the room is actually free. If you would rather talk it through first, call 647-389-6649.
How late can a session start?
The studio is open 9 AM to 2 AM, seven days a week including holidays. Every session must finish by 2 AM, so the latest start depends on the length you book: a two-hour session can start at midnight, a four-hour session at 10 PM.
Is an engineer included?
On every session. The engineer is in the room the whole time, sets the chain for your voice, and comps takes as you go, so you leave with a decision made rather than forty files.
What do I leave with?
A comped, lined-up vocal on your beat. Mixing is a separate per-song stage, priced by stem count, which you can add to the same booking underneath the calendar or send later, whether or not you tracked here.
Does the Tuesday rate apply to my whole session?
The Tuesday rate applies to each hour that falls on a Tuesday, in the same room with the same engineer. A session that starts on a Tuesday evening and runs past midnight pays the Tuesday rate for the Tuesday hours and the regular rate for the rest.
